
Core 2处理器信息大集合
Core 2 Solo、Core 2 Duo、Core 2 Quad和Core 2 Extreme处理器采用新的Core微架构,以取代Netburst微架构(主要是Pentium 4),本次我们就将列出从发布至今的所有Core 2的主要技术规格。
Core 2主要分为四大系列,单核心的Core 2 Solo取代Pentium M,双核心的Core 2 Duo取代Pentium 4和Pentium D,四核心的Core 2 Quad将取代Pentium Extreme Edition,Core 2 Extreme运行在比较高的频率,并且不锁倍频,你可以通过改变倍频来进行处理器超频
请注意不要将Core 2 Duo和Core Duo混淆,以Core Duo为核心的处理器是Pentium M,采用的是65nm工艺,核心命名为Yonah。而以 Core 2 Duo为核心的处理器是Merom (笔记本)或Conroe (桌面平台),他们是采用Core微架构。Intel Core微架构处理器有如下特点:
32 KB L1缓存, 32 KB数据L1缓存
单核心技术( Core 2 Solo模式),双核心技术(Core 2 Duo和一些Core 2 Extreme模式) ,四核心技术(Core 2 Quad和一些Core 2 Extreme 模式)
65nm或45nm工艺
采用LGA 775接口(桌面处理器),(除了Core 2 Extreme QX9775是LGA 771)
FSB分为800MHz (200MHz x 4),1066 MHz (266MHz x 4), 1333MHz (333MHz x 4) ,1600MHz (400MHz x 4).
2MB、3MB、4MB或6MB二级缓存
Intel虚拟技术 (除了Core 2 Duo E4x00,E7x00和E81xx模式)
